Editing Lip Sync Practise

In today's lesson, we used premiere pro to edit our video. I improved from the first time I practiced with lip-syncing. I made sure that the actor knew the song and felt comfortable with the song choice. Also I used a variety of shots such as close ups and long shots for the video. For my final project I would like to include some point of view shots and a drone to get birds eye view shots. This is very common for my genre which is contemporary  RnB and hip-hop.

In the intro of song, we used 4 pictures (1 second each) to match the beat. This worked and was completed through Premiere Pro as we cropped each clip and added it to the intro.

One improvement we could keep in mind is the third shot we used the actor was crouched near the car which made him look small compared to the car. Normally,  RnB artists use cars to represent status and they make the cars look small compared to them. For my final project I will either get my artist to sit on the car or shoot it from a worms view to make him look superior.
